Real estate email list cleaning

Paste one brokerage or portal lead. This free check looks at syntax, whether the domain has a mail server, whether the domain is disposable, and whether the mailbox is a shared role account. It does not open the mailbox.

• Portal leads often use a throwaway inbox that bounces after the first drip.
• Brokerage addresses such as info@ and sales@ hide the person who actually received the message.
• A domain with no mail server still looks like a lead until the first campaign goes out.
