SaaS signup email list cleaning

Paste one trial or demo signup. This free check looks at syntax, the mail server, disposable domains, and shared role accounts. It does not open the mailbox and it does not decide whether the signup is fraudulent by itself.

• Trial abuse often starts on a disposable domain that will not exist next week.
• admin@ and support@ signups are shared inboxes, not a person to onboard.
• A domain with no MX accepts the form and then drops every product email.
